Coolest Goggles i have ever seen
Swimwear and equipment manufacturer, Barracuda has created a revolutionary new swim goggle – the Hydrobat. The new goggle features patented flutes below each lens, a smaller profile, a double wishbone nose bridge and a larger field of vision.
The Hydrobat’s biggest distinction is three small holes below each lens, known as flutes. These directional channels create hydro-static pressure to help keep the goggles snug to the face and give the goggles a more exact and comfortable fit.
“The Hydrobat is fast, comfortable and stays on the face better during dives and flip turns,” says Barracuda president Rick Runckel, “It’s unlike any other competitive goggle out there right now.”
For additional comfort and fit, the Hydrobat has a double wishbone nose bridge. Both the upper and lower portion of the bridge has four adjustment points, providing swimmers with eight symmetrical settings for the best possible fit.
The profile of the Hydrobat goggle is also smaller. The bat-wing design covers the eye socket, anatomically smoothing the area to create a flow that minimizes drag.
The highly polished frame also expands peripheral vision giving the swimmer a wider visual field while in the water.
Hydrobats are available in four different colors; Clear, Smoke, Silver Mirrored and Teal Mirrored. Hydrobat Clear and Smoke sell for $15, and Silver Mirrored and Teal Mirrored for $17.
Barracuda is a brand owned by Skyline Northwest Corporation.
